Return Policy

For Nutu App, you may cancel your subscription at any time. If you chose a package with a BodyTrace scale and shipment of your scale has already begun, then we will not be able to refund you the cost of your scale. If you chose a package without a BodyTrace scale, then we will refund you on a prorated basis.

For Nutu Food, we ask that you contact us directly at support@nutufood.com. We do not provide returns on food but we will always try to replace your meal if there was a problem with your delivery to make it right.
